As a Program Coordinator at The Coaching Studio, you'll be at the heart of our mission to revolutionize leadership development within large-scale organizations. Your role will involve orchestrating workshops and events, ensuring our leadership consultants have the resources and support they need to deliver transformative experiences. By seamlessly managing logistics and fostering strong relationships with clients, you'll contribute to our goal of building better teams, enhancing individual leadership skills, and driving organizational improvement from the top down. The impact of your role:

In this impactful role, you'll have the unique opportunity to:
  • Work with renowned clients, working directly with their leadership, gaining invaluable experience and exposure in different industries.
  • Experience and assist directly in workshop facilitation, as well as allowing you to apply and master your project management skills to play a crucial part in orchestrating the logistics of long-term leadership engagements.
  • Engage in extensive communication with our internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful execution of leadership development programs.
  • Your contributions will shape how these training initiatives are delivered, making a lasting impact on both the organization and the leaders we support.

The experience that you’d bring:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in event planning, project management, or coordination, preferably in a corporate or leadership development setting.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
  • Attributes:
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Positive attitude and proactive approach.
    • Ability to be flexible and learn quickly on the job
    • Have a high tolerance for spontaneity and adaptability to changing situations
  • Others: Willingness to travel and adapt to changing schedules as needed.
