Her approach draws on her expertise gained through a Master’s in Workplace and Adult Learning as well as coaching certifications in Emotional Intelligence and Strengths. As a consultant and a leader, she has developed high-performance teams across diverse sectors including Real Estate Development, Health Care, Technology, Wholesale, and Retail. Belinda has partnered to implement innovative and engaging solutions for start-ups to hyper-growth, global, multi-billion annual revenue enterprises.
