Alison is a passionate Leadership Development Expert focused on connecting people to their unique combination of values, strengths and skills. She has extensive experience in working with operational and leadership teams across North America in a wide variety of industries and sectors to optimize performance, deliver outcomes, build action plans and generate a culture for positive change.
Alison has successfully designed and facilitated custom, transformative team optimization programs for dozens of organizations across the non-profit, tech, mining, biotech, food manufacturing, organized real estate, and accounting sectors.
As a coach, Alison has worked with executives and leaders around the world and is known for “getting to clear quickly” and asking powerful questions that effectively identify underlying individual and organizational dynamics. She has defined her unique approach as one that combines skilled listening, insights, and humour with a direct style that lets clients and participants identify and execute small shifts that make a big difference.
Alison is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and holds a variety of certifications and diplomas including a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia and certifications in CoreStrengths 2.0 and the WE-Q Profile.
