Over his career, Angad has worked with 1000+ leaders in over 30 organizations, driving strategic growth and facilitating significant leadership transformation in each engagement.
As Studio Vice President, Angad is instrumental to the evolution of The Coaching Studio’s program offerings and overall client experience. Angad owns and oversees the full suite of The Coaching Studio’s 1:1 solutions, which continue to result in significant advancements in clients’ key leadership capabilities.
Angad’s approach emphasizes relational intelligence and self-awareness, enabling leaders to navigate complex challenges. He also collaborates with HR partners and leaders at all levels to drive business impact and culture change at a systems level. Diversity, inclusion, belonging, and equity are core to the transformative work Angad does with individuals, teams, and organizations.
Angad holds a UBC Certificate in Organizational Coaching (COC), is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), SDI Core Strengths facilitator and WE-I Certified practitioner.
