Faris has designed and delivered thousands of hours of leadership programs to enhance team effectiveness, cultivate psychological safety, and develop emotionally intelligent leadership. Known for his warm, quiet confidence and conscious leadership approach, he helps leaders develop self-leadership first—enabling them to inspire and guide others through change with clarity and confidence. In addition to leadership coaching, Faris played a pivotal role in the EdTech space, coaching sales and customer success professionals at a Silicon Valley-based company recognized as the #2 Most Innovative EdTech by Fast Company in 2020.
