Julie Foxcroft has a Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching and is a certified Leadership Coach (CPCC, PCC) with over 25 years in consulting and leadership development. Julie has experience across multiple sectors and countries, working with both small and large organizations including Fortune 500 companies, and Non-Profit and Public Services. She was the founding Employee Engagement Program Leader for IBM Canada Consulting’s 3,000 employees, founder of the IBM Canada Mental Health Employee Group and Advisor to IBM Canada Mental Health Steering Committee.​

Julie leverages her core strengths of extreme adaptability and creative fusion of ideas to inspire fresh perspectives while challenging individuals and teams to achieve new levels. She has been called the “queen of feedback” with her unique talent of strong yet caring insights that get straight to the point. With her wide range of corporate experiences directly leading cross-cultural large teams and responsibility for P&L’s over 100m revenue a year, she can easily bring concepts to life with relatable storytelling. ​

She also brings a strong background in education, with her original BA in Education, designing multiple training programs for coaching and leadership development. Integrating her design thinking facilitation skills, she creates engaging learning experiences, meeting the participants where they are to create the optimal learning journey well beyond the classroom. She has designed dozens of unique learning experiences and has facilitated hundreds of training sessions.
