Lucian is an accomplished interdisciplinary leader with extensive experience in program management, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence. His work spans the private, public, and non-profit sectors internationally, focusing on Human-Centred Leadership Development, the Future of Work, and Adult Education.
Having grown up in Singapore, studied in the United Kingdom, and now residing in Canada, Lucian’s ikigai is to “enable the best in others” by designing purposeful learning experiences that emphasize interpersonal awareness, intercultural understanding, and bridging differences for social learning. He has led complex, high-impact projects in learning, community, and partnership development, including a national-level initiative in Singapore that brought together government, private, and public stakeholders to advance global leadership development through community building.
Lucian is adept in overseeing end-to-end program management and delivery, fostering strong relationships with senior business leaders, and enhancing participants’ experience for The Coaching Studio’s services and programs.
Lucian holds an MPhil in Education, Globalisation, and International Development, and an MA in Geography from the University of Cambridge, UK.
