Most recently, Lyndsey held the position of VP People at a prominent Canadian SaaS company where she helped the business scale from 150 to over 900 employees and from ~$15M to more than $100M in Annual Recurring Revenue over six years. Previously, Lyndsey led the Talent function at a rapid-growth tech company in New York City. There, Lyndsey designed and launched an innovative portfolio of initiatives, including a comprehensive Manager Development program, a technology-driven goal setting and performance evaluation framework, and the introduction of in-house Performance Coaching to support on-the-job learning.
Lyndsey holds a Master’s degree in Communication for Social Change from the University of Queensland, a Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Political Studies from Queen’s University and is a certified practitioner in a multitude of leadership tools and assessments.
