Marc is a trusted advisor to rapid-growth organizations around the world and is a passionate advocate of the transformative power of exceptional leadership.
Throughout his career across several industries, Marc has accelerated the growth of dozens of high-potential leaders through leadership development and 1-to-1 coaching. He has facilitated strategic alignment sessions for teams navigating significant organizational changes, such as corporate restructuring exercises, downsizing, and mergers and acquisitions. Marc has also engaged with senior leaders including C-Suite executives, to enhance their strategic influence by helping them refine their executive presence.
Marc has held critical leadership roles with organizations ranging in size from startups with teams of less than 50 people to global enterprises with a workforce of over 52,000. He has led cross-functional, globally distributed teams based in Vancouver, London & Singapore.
Throughout his professional journey, Marc has led teams and initiatives for innovative organizations such as SAP, Electronic Arts & Ritchie Bros. where he led M&A projects, international expansion projects, and digital transformation initiatives. Most recently, Marc held VP Marketing roles with venture-backed technology firms.
Among his many achievements, Marc led an expansion project into Mainland China for an international asset management organization. Additionally, he played a pivotal role as the Director of Growth for a SaaS organization, achieving a remarkable 3x revenue growth from $50 million to $150 million in annual recurring revenue as the company’s workforce grew from 150 to over 1,200 people globally.
