Holding a Master’s in International Business, Sophie previously worked at a leading international organizational consultancy in London, UK, where she managed global accounts across diverse industries, including government, Consumer Packaged Goods, telecommunications, technology, and tourism. Her expertise spans collaborative coaching, assessment and succession planning, and leadership development engagements.
Beyond corporate environments, she has also held leadership positions, including managing the world’s largest mountain bike festival.
