The client was faced with a fast-paced, changing environment, and they were under pressure to reduce costs while maintaining and improving quality and effectiveness. The objective was to redefine corporate leadership and generate powerful, positive, and productive cultural change initiatives.

Approach

In the co-creation of a five-month, facilitated program, the client identified key leadership capabilities and expectations specifically aligned to the company’s values, competencies and objectives. These leaders engaged in discussions, challenges, and learning reflections to enhance their role as a leader. They worked to encourage others to think differently, promoted cultural change, and connected more frequently with their teams.

Result

The company’s leaders achieved successful performance-change processes, and through customized workshops, participants were empowered to apply their new leadership learnings to coach their teams in everyday workplace scenarios. Participants took accountability to applying their learnings through monthly action commitments.
